ICA Indonesia Chapter Celebrates 2nd Anniversary with International Roundtable on Communication Research Trends
Jakarta, March 6, 2025 – The International Communication Association (ICA) Indonesia Chapter is set to mark its second anniversary with an international roundtable discussion on “Communication Research Trends.” This prestigious event will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 14:30 to 19:00 WIB at the Ballroom, Yustinus Building, 15th Floor, Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
The roundtable will feature renowned scholars from across the globe, each offering insights into contemporary communication research. The confirmed speakers include:
- Prof. Daniel Raichvarg (ICA French Chapter, Bourgogne University, France) – “The French Research Landscape in Communication Sciences”
- Assoc. Prof. Yukimi Simoda (Waseda University, Japan) – “Ethnographic Research Experience on Social-Entrepreneurship (Case Study: Africa and Asia)”
- Prof. Atwar Bajari (ICA Indonesia Chapter, Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia)
The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Nia Sarinastiti from the ICA Indonesia Chapter and the School of Communication at UAJ.
